PEMCO's main offices were located nearby. Brent Rogers and Alan Young were NBBJ's Design Principals on the 223 Yale Avenue Office Building; Scott J. Johnson served as the Lead Technical Architect; Alley 24 was finished in 02/2006; the second and third floors of 223 Yale Avenue accommodated the 330 employees of NBBJ's main office in 2007.
Alley 24 was a 256 foot by 360 foot property in the South Lake Union Neighborhood of Seattle, WA. Alley 24 contained 362,500 square feet of space, with 223 Yale comprising 78,000 of that. The Alley 24 Project received a LEED Silver rating.
