This 11-story building provides 176,257 square feet for medical offices serving, for the most part, the Swedish Medical Center First Hill facilities. Pre-cast glass-fibre concrete panels cover the exterior. The fenstration consists of solar bronze glass set into matching aluminum frames. The Howard S. Wright Construction Company served as General Contractor for the project.
