David Scott Quintin (born 01/02/1884 in KS) and Thomas L. Kerr (1887-1941) operated a firm in Alhambra, CA, between 1923 and about 1927. The Southwest Contractor and Builder stated in 10/1923: "Architects Scott Quinton [sic] and Thomas L. Kerr form partnership; address given at Alhambra." (See Southwest Builder and Contractor, 10/12/1923, p. 38, col. 2.) In 1925, Quintin and Kerr had an office at 2 North Garfield Avenue, Room #311, in Alhambra, CA. (See Alhambra City Directory, 1925, p. 212.)
