Overview
The Modernist Capitol Centre I and II occupied a half-block section of land in Downtown Madison, WI, bounded on three sides by West Dayton Street (on the southeast), North Broom Street (southwest) and West Johnson Street (northwest). The complex was composed of three townhouse units and one sixteen-story apartment block, all oriented around a landscaped plaza. The tower stood at 344 West Dayton Street.
