Overview
This 24-floor apartment building was the first high-rise erected in Seattle's University District since the 22-story Safeco Tower #2 was completed in 1973, also designed by Seattle architectural firm, NBBJ. The Seattle City Council changed zoning rules in the University District in 02/2017, and the M was the first tower approved at a Design Review Recommendation meeting on 04/09/2018.
