Westwood Boulevard between Weyburn Avenue and LeConte Avenue; the Mrs. Fields Cookie Store occupied 907 Westwood Boulevard in 2005;

Following the example of Santa Barbara and other California communities, architect Gordon B. Kaufmann (1888-1949) designed this complex of six shops to blend in with the larger Spanish Colonial Revival Style mandated by the Janss Company for Westwood Village; in 2005, a Mrs. Fields Cookie outlet occupied one of the storefronts.

A fire damaged one of the upper stories of Holmby Hall, c. 2003; an hexagonal clock tower with copper roof was built above the northwest corner of Westwood Boulevard and Weyburn Avenue.
