Seattle businessman Ken Alhadeff confirmed that he is now the owner of the crumbling cinema, even though consultants tell him it's good for little but the wrecking ball. He says he will take their advice and tear it down, building in its place a three-screen theater designed to look like the Bay did when it first opened in 1915."
