Most expensive of the new library branches being built is the Wilshire branch to be located at Saint Andrews Place and Council street. It will cost approximately $50,000 and is now being designed by Architect Allen Ruoff. Construction will be of reinforced concrete with a plaster and tile exterior, according to Mr. Ruoff.
