"Plans are being prepared in the office of Howell [sic] & Stokes for an eleven-story office building to be erected at the corner of Fourth Avenue and University Street, by the Metropolitan Building Company. The building, which will be on the same general plan as the White and Cobb Buildings, will occupy the whole double corner and be of the latest type of construction."
