"Permit issued Yesterday for Doctors and Dentists' Building That Will Cost Half a Million. The largest building permit that has bee granted for some months was issued yesterday to the Metropolitan Building Company for the 10 1/2-story Cobb Building at Fourth Avenue and University, to be equipped for the exclusive use of physicians, surgeons and dentists, at a cost of $500,000. The Cobb Building is to be completed by February 1 and will cost more than $600,000 when done."
