Biographical Notes
Professor Streatfield has traveled extensively in England, Italy and the United States, and made many other journeys around the world. In each place, he has sought out key architectural sites and gardens to study, always mindful of how the built environment suited its owners and local residents. In this process of discovery, he also foraged for the best food and drink locally available, and acquired, over time, gastronomical memories as rich as his experiences of place.
