President, Henrikson Construction Company/View Ridge Homes, Incorporated, Seattle, WA, c. 1943- . Henrikson worked with developer Albert S. Balch (1903-1976) in Wedgwood tract c. 1941-1942 and the development of the View Ridge tract in northeast Seattle, during 1943. In 1943, Arnold J. Johan Henrik Henriksson was born on 06/20/1883 in Ronneby, Blekinge, Sweden, in the south-central part of the country, close to the Baltic Sea. He spent his childhood there, before immigrating to the United States in 1903.

His immigration journey took him from Sweden to Liverpool, England, first, and then from Liverpool to Boston, MA, traveling between 04/16/1903 and 04/25/1903. He lived in the Worcester, MA, area between 1903 and 1909. According to naturalization paperwork, he settled in Seattle, WA, on 05/05/1909.
