A twelve-story Renaissance Revival style 159 unit own-your-own apartment was built by some of the Long Beach's most prominent businessmen. Luxurious amenities included a Spanish loggia, a lobby living room with Italian terrazzo floors, a domed ballroom, a rooftop solarium with a glass enclosed cafe, art deco panelling and bronze doors. The basement contained facilities for beach bathers and other recreational rooms. There is also a landscaped courtyard and ground floor retail shops."
