In the 1920s, Davis-Heller-Pearce had a contract with the Stockton School District covering $1,275,000 for a school building program. The firm also had a relationship with the College of the Pacific for $750,000 worth of new campus buildings. They also created a master plan for Pacific's Stockton Campus in 1923.
