The Don Koll Company, Incorporated, of Newport Beach, CA, formed a division in the Pacific Northwest, called Don Koll Northwest, in 04/1973. Rodger Fagerholm, formerly a properties salesman with Henry Broderick, served as the first President of Don Koll Northwest, with Jim Collar, a regional representative for Koll, as Vice-President. (See "California firm sets up N.W. division in Tukwila," Seattle Times, 04/15/1973, p. D3.) In 2015, Ray Wirta served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Koll Company, with Gerald Yahr as its Managing Principal.
