Unbuilt; New York, NY-based architect Thomas White Lamb (1871–1942), who constructed many large movie theatres in the New York Metropolitan Area and other Eastern cities, designed this colossal 6,500-seat movie palace for a site in Los Angeles, CA. It was one of the very few theatres that Lamb designed for a West Coast location. His primary work on the Pacific Coast was the beloved San Francisco Fox Theatre (1928-1929), a huge 4,651-seat venue demolished in 1963.
