Class A theater--Architect Thomas W. Lamb, New York City, has prepared preliminary plans for a 6-story class A theatre extending from Flower Street to Figueroa Street for Thomas Phillips representing New York and San Francisco capitalists. Theater auditorium will seat 6500 people. Building will be 333x300 feet and will have 10 elevators. $5,000,000.
