This was a two-story, four-bedroom house located in Mandeville Canyon, designed by the noted Southern California landscape architect, Edward Huntsman-Trout.

Landscape Architect's own house; the Huntsman-Trout House also had a tool shed that could double as a guest cottage. A downstairs bedroom was set up to accommodate Huntsman-Trout's mother-in-law.
