A. Eugene Kohn was the Partner-in-Charge of the project, while William Pederson was the Design Partner.

3 Bellevue Square was to contain 568,000 square feet and stand 30 stories high. New York architectural firm Kohn Pederson Fox designed this high-rise for a site at 108th Avenue NE and 8th Avenue NE. Callison Partnership acted as Associate Architects. Unbuilt. 3 Bellevue Center was eventually designed by Callison Architects for Wright Runstad and Company.
