A.E. Hanson served as the Landscape Architect on the Norcross House. This Monterey Colonial Style house, had a hand-troweled stucco exterior applied over a thicker Gunite base. The Norcross House was a costly, relatively grand house, with 2 maids rooms, an enormous motor court, and multiple gardens.
