Building History
The Los Angeles architect Arthur E. Harvey, Sr., (1884-1971) designed this for the builders Luther T. Mayo, Sr., (1884-1974) and Preston S. Wright in 1928. Just previously, the trio had collaborated on the Santa Monica Professional Building at Wilshire Boulevard and 7th Street in Santa Monica in 1927-1928.
