The architect Alexander E. Curlett (1881-1942) and his wife Helen Corbet (1888-1943) lived in this Spanish Colonial Revival mansion for just about two years, before the Depression descended. By 1930, the Curletts had "downsized" to a dwelling at709 North Bedford Drive, Beverly Hills, CA.
