Building History

The New York architectural firm Pei Cobb Freed and Partners worked with hospital design experts RBB Architects and Perkins and Will, Architects, on the design of the massive Reagan Medical Center. Tutor-Saliba-Perini and Turner Construction Company collaborated as Building Contractors. John A. Martin and Associates, Engineers, served as Structural Engineers.

Building Notes

The Reagan Medical Center utilized 18,000 squares of travertine limestone to sheath its exterior, marble quarried from the same site that produced cladding for the nearby Getty Center.
