Architect Ronald H. Holsman (born 1943) developed and designed eleven houses for this luxury tract in Silverdale, WA. His website said of the project: "Involved the purchase 11 “difficult sites” from George Corley at Washington Federal Savings and Loan. The project involved the design, construction and marketing of 11 upper end markets, Luxury single-family residences. Homes ranged in size from 3,000 to 3,750 sq ft. priced between $250,000 and $350,000. Scope of work included land acquisition, design construction and sale." (See Ronald H.
