Overview
Seattle architect Paul Hayden Kirk designed this small, cinder-block office buiding for John Cheney, an Anacortes lawyer in 1953. The building was small and economical, and possessed a trademark Kirk courtyard to enable views of nature and to enhance the illusion of interior space.
