Building Notes
The Bartlett Heard House narrowly escaped destruction in the 1991 Oakland Hills Firestorm that killed 25 people and burned 2,843 single-family residences and 437 apartment and condominium units.
In 2021, the Heard House contained six bedrooms and seven baths.
Alteration
The Heard House has been expanded over time. It encompassed 7,664 square feet in 2021.
