Building History

During his brief time in Los Angeles before traveling to the Alaskan Gold Fields, architect Elmer H, FIsher designed a few buildings, including this one for Mrs. M.G. McLean. The Los Angeles Evening Express reported in 11/1895: “Architect E.H. Fisher is preparing plans for a six-room cottage for Mrs. M. G.
