Frank R. and Beatrice J. McDonald resided in this house until 10/07/1997, when they sold it to Mark E. and Jennifer A. Holmes for $1,350,000. The Holmes Family sold it to Kewen Zhang and Ye Siying on 05/08/2012 for $3,665,000. They, in turn, sold it to John and Ellen Tobin on 03/03/2014 for $3,710,000.
