Building History

Drawings for the Frey House dated from 07/1962 and 08/1962, and were drawn by Philip C. Norton of Bassetti's office. This work was given the job number, "6201" suggesting it was the first project of 1962. Frederick Bassetti (1917-2013) and his longtime partner John Morse (1911-2000) dissolved their practice in 1962, meaning that the Frey House could have been the first project Bassetti undertook on his own.

A personal representative of Karl S. Frey sold this residence on 04/12/1985 to Marshall T. and Artis B. Palmer for $152,000 on 04/12/1985. The Palmers' Aloha Trust sold it to Golden K. Cecil and Kristin Ann Skanderup on 02/18/2013 for $961,000.
