This development would include a Target Department Store and a branch of the Polyclinic. WeWork.com was also slated to occupy space in the complex. This Target location was a smaller version of its usual store, often larger than 50,000 square feet, and would cater to Ballard's younger demographic. It would focus on provisions for apartment living, baby and children's ware, and beauty products.
