Building History

Completed in 2004, this Pearl District loft building was completed by developer Carroll Aspen. Portland's GBD Architects provided the design for the 125-unit condominium project, and worked with Andersen Construction to erect it.

Building Notes

The outdoor-equipment retailer, REI, leased ground floor retail space in the Edge Loft building beginning in 2006.
