Building History
Designed for a Berkeley Hills site, Linden Naylor commissioned the Los Angeles architect Harwell Hamilton Harris to design this residence. Harris had designed the Weston Havens, Jr., House nearby, a spectacular design that generated a great deal of fanfare when built in 1940-1941. The Naylor House was built on land that once was owned by Havens. It contained two bedrooms and two baths and 1,653 square feet.
Claire Korn purchased the Naylor House in 1991. It was sold again in 2009 to Timothy Symons.
