Harris's manuscript collection, "Harwell Hamilton Harris (1903-1990) Papers: Drawings, photographs and archival records, California, Texas and North Carolina," is housed at the Alexander Architectural Archive, University of Texas Libraries, The University of Texas at Austin; they include: 3,874 drawings, 14 linear feet of archival material, 3,675 photographic images and approximately 1,100 slides.
