Overview

The Portland and Seattle-based architectural firm of Ankrom Moisan Architects, Incorporated, designed the Metro 112 rental apartment tower in Bellevue, WA, for the Simpson Property Group of Denver, CO. In 2017, Simpson owned "rental communities" in the states of CA, OR, WA, MA, VA, AZ, CO, FL, GA, NC, TN, TX and Washington, DC.

Building Notes

This ADA-accessible building had its own attached parking garage, fitness center, business center, clubhouse, and rooftop deck/grilling area. It had an elevator, and each unit had its own dishwasher and washer/dryers.
