Building History
The Wertheimers moved into their new residence in the summer of 1958.
Steven P. Wertheimer was the building contractor for his own residence.
Building Notes
The Wertheimer House was a Seattle Times/American Institute of Architects Home-of-the-Month for 05/1958.
Furniture from the Wertheimer House was sold in a booth at Seattle's Lander Antique Mall in 2014. These two pieces of furniture were designed by Bassetti and Morse.
Demolition
A new dwelling designed by architect Jim Olson replaced the Wertheimer House.
