Overview

The Palo Alto architectural firm of Clark and Stromquist designed the Benjamin Cory Grammar School for the San Jose Board of Education in 1949. The school consisted of six rooms, two kindergarten spaces, an administrative office and toilets and was set to cost $128,331. Clark and Stromquist worked with the construction firm of Nielsen and Nielsen of San Jose, CA.
