Overview
The Willes Bakery is a rare surviving example of the work of Elmer H. Fisher (dates unclear), who became the leading architect in Seattle just after arriving in town in 1888; his practice received a huge boost in 1889 following a dramatic fire that burned down virtually all of Seattle's central business district, Pioneer Square.
