Portland architect Elmer Feig designed this 3-floor, red-brick-faced apartment block for Fred W. Lindquist, a local developer. Feig designed the Lindquist Apartments in the Spanish Colonial Reviva Style, and used it for at least six other apartment buildings in the city.
