Standifer Construction Company, Portland, OR, 1916 -1919; plans examiner, City of Portland, Portland, OR, 1919-1927; Principal, Architectural Services Bureau, Portland, OR, c. 1927-1940; Feig collaborated with various developers, including Fred Lindquist, Harry Mittleman, J. C. Meyers, and S. E. Henderson, and to construct many apartment buildings in Portland, OR, particularly in its northwest and inner northeast sections. Feig had large volume of apartment work during the boom years of 1925-1931. Relocation

Feig was born in Atwater, MN, in south-central MN, but arrived as a teenager in Portland, OR, in 1910. He went to local schools there and worked as a draftsman for various Portland construction firms. He worked in Portland until c. 1940, when he relocated to Orlando, FL. He came back to Portland by 1965, where he died three years later.
