Seattle architect Earl A. Roberts, best known for his high-rise apartment buildings of the 1920s, designed this two-floor commercial building in 1925.

In its last years, the first floor retail space housed a contemporary furnishings store, InForm Interiors.

Demolished; the Cosmopolitan Motors Building was destroyed to clear space for a 39-story apartment building. The Seattle Landmark Preservation Board felt that the Cosmopolitan Motors Building did not have enough architectural significance to save.
