Anderson designed this three-bedroom, 2.75-bath residence in 1958. The house had a wraparound porch oriented to Elliott Bay views. A garage under the porch accommodated three vehicles. The architect designed two fireplaces of uncoarsed ashlar; the second floor hearth stood out as a tall, continuous rectangular stack of stone. An architect working for the firm of Anshen and Allen in San Francisco, CA, owned the residence c. 2010.

The residence was offered for rent c. 2012 for $2950 per month.
