Overview

In 2025, the parcel that contained the Sunset Corporate Campus contained three buildings, two very similar office buildings and one, lower-rise structure used for a day-care center.

Building History

Seattle developer Wright Runstad and Company erected this two-building corporate office park on US Interstate 90 in Bellevue, WA. It had some difficulty finding tenants in its early months, with only a quarter of its space leased five months after opening. A nearly identical second building was contemplated for construction in 1992-1993, also to have about 150,000 square feet of space and four floors. It was projected to be finished by the third or fourth quarter of 1993.
