Set on two city acres, this small development of 72 townhouses for low-to-moderate income residents was lauded by critic Charles Jencks as a particularly effective use of Post Modern, New Urbanist planning principles. (See Charles Jencks, Post Modernism The New Classicism in Art and Architecture, [New York: Rizzoli, 1987], p. 247.) The Urban Land Institute has highlighted this development in its Case Study series.
