Seattle architects A. Walter Spalding and Max Umbrecht designed a four-story, reinforced concrete warehouse for the E.J. Rounds Construction Company in 1909-1910. It faced Thorndyke Avenue and Armour Street, and adjoined the Great Northern Railway yard in the Interbay District.
