Overview

The Los Angeles architectural firm of Dodd and Richards designed this 12-story, Italian Renaissance retail and office building for the Associated Realty Company, completed in 1921.

Building Notes

In 1937, the Bankers National Life Insurance Company had its office in Room #515 of the Associated Realty Building in Los Angeles. Perez F. Huff was the Resident Vice-President for the Bankers Life in 1937. (See Los Angeles A-L, California, City Directory, 1937, p. 181.)
