Architect A.C. Munson created plans for a 3-story brick building to house a theatre, 20 offices and 6 shops. The street frontage was 66 x 171 feet. Theatre seating would accommodate 1,464 patrons. George Roalfe and C.A. Purington served as Building Engineers.
