Scott Allen of Olson Sundberg Kundig Allen remodeled and enlarged the Port Ludlow House, c. 2006; Allen sesmically enhanced the building and added approximately 60% more square footage. To save materials and remain environmentally conscious, Allen decided to work with the existing house rather than demolish it and start again. Interior designer, Charlie Fairchild, also worked on this project for Olson Sundberg Kundig Allen.
