c. 1909; unbuilt? Blackwell and Baker designed an 8-story building for the American Cities Realty Company offices. The front facade was divided into thirds, each floor illuminated by a variant of the Chicago window. Ground floor retail spaces were sheltered by a steel canopy. The 8th floor was distinguished by a projecting course below it and a large cornice at its roofline.
