This Monterey Colonial Style house had two floors, with a double height balcony stretching across the front facade. The house had 2 bedrooms originally with a playroom and servant's room upstairs. A large deck led off of the east of the master bedroom. The living areas on the first floor were largely sandwiched between two terraces, front and back. A large guest room was located on the east of the living room; the entry hall was capacious and a bit conservative, featuring a curving stairway. The rear facade had an indoor outdoor space enclosed by doors reminiscent of William Wurster's Benner House, (Berkeley, CA, 1934).
