This two floor house had a simplified New England Colonial aesthetic. Three bedrooms and a servant's room were located on the second story. Living and dining rooms and kitchen were on the first floor. The living room had a large patio connected on the rear facade. A porte cochere between the garage and service rooms led to a large motor court.
